Product Availability
At VOGA boutique we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles on a
weekly basis to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to the high demand of
our products, our items sell out very quickly. On occasion, certain items displayed on our
site may no longer be in stock. Once an item is sold out, the item will still display for some
time as we give the option to our customers to provide their email to be notified when and if
that item is restocked. However, display of a particular item or size online is not a guarantee
that the item is available. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer
in stock, we will refund you for the price of the item plus any applicable shipping charges.
Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please
contact our customer service department for assistance.

Display
We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may
also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However,
due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect
what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of
any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen.
Nevertheless, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back for a store

We are well aware that our pictures are on various so-called sites and social media pages,
who repeatedly use our photographs to sell low quality look alike of our clothing. We want to
clarify that none of those pictures are approved for their use and we are acting against
these copyright infringements. Furthermore, all images, photographs, and promotional
graphics appearing on VOGASTYLE.com website are the exclusive property of
VOGASTYLE.com and are protected under the United States and International Copyright
laws.
The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written
permission of VOGA boutique.
Use of any image, photograph and promotional graphic on another eCommerce property,
social media page, blog, or news source not affiliated with VOGASTYLE.com without proper
written consent is a violation of the United States and International Copyright laws.

Refunds and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions
We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not
available at the moment of purchase. We offer in store pickups to our customers who live or
are in the Miami area and would like to pick up their items instead. If items are not picked up
within 5 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and

the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 15 days, customer refuses
the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer
decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping
and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the
customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against VOGA style boutique.
For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking
number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any
chargebacks or disputes against VOGA style. Furthermore, VOGA boutique is not
responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed at the
shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
